Industry Sector:
e. g. foundries, steel mills, tube manufacturing, spring manufacturing, tool sharpening workshops, forging companies and traders
Fields of Use:
e. g. cast steel fettling, steel fettling, spring grinding, resharpening of cutting tools
Machine Manufacturers:
e. g. Greif, Baumgarten, Hack, Schütte, Deckel, Wafios
Remark:
This dresser assortment is for hand-operated dressing! Not suitable for dressing and conditioning of precision grinding wheels!
Fields of Use:
Consisting of a dresser top and bearing with massive handle. The dresser top, made of silicon carbide, is attached to a centre line which runs in two attached dust-proof ball bearings. When using the RONDOR it is important to use the complete width of the working face. The specified profile angle must be adhered to. The dresser top must only be worn off shortly up to its mounting device, up to the burrs of the protective shell, respectively.
Fields of Use:
Running on ball bearings. Dust caps and additional labyrinth seals protect the bearings against pollution. The bearings are greased and absolutely maintenance-free. Together with the sidelong thrust disk, this running socket enables optimal protection of the moulding cutter bearing against wear and tear. The rounding cutter runs in a sturdy protection hood – torn-out abrasive grain will be caught safely.
Fields of Use:
RIOFIX devices are equipped with slide bearings which are protected against dust and dirt by dust protections caps and felt rings. Concentric deviations are corrected. This easily happens when the dresser case is stabilised. When dressing the silicon carbide roller runs with the same peripheral speed as the grinding wheel to be dressed. The corns encased in a hard bond break the corns or corn fractures out of the grinding wheel and thereby create a very non-slip, open wheel surface.
